Gotcha!!!

I was jumping with joy when I saw CL4 online this morning via YM. Rarely that he could be online in the morning and actually stay long online. Conversation went on like this:

Me: dude, heard she (cant reveal her name here in the blog) is back in town

CL4: really?

Me: yeah, and i heard she's back being single...

CL4: single, i thought she's getting married?

Me: no-lah...she's back being single

CL4: how did u know?

Me: a source told me..anyway, i'm meeting her up this november since Nandie will be here

from S.Africa. Did you email her like u wanted too?

CL4:my gf doesn't like me to do it. She's accidentally found my email between me and her

and her and me ( i started noticing the broken english, and my CL4 speaks perfect

english)

Me: (at this point i was suspicious, as i knew how well CL4 treats his girl and there's no

friggin way that he would actually bow to his gf tactics) What? How did that happen?

When? Dude, what's ur number?

I started dialing CL4's number and he was puzzled when i confronted him bout how her gf unearthed the emails between him and the girl she fancied back in campus. He went. "When did i told you that? How did you know about that? Who told you?"

Then I asked, "Are you online?" .CL4 replied "No. Oh shit, I think its my gf that you are chatting with". I said "What the f*** CL4, how did this happen?. From now on, any conversation with regards to the special girl, we shall remain it via phone only. He requested me to cover up with the gf and as good friends we are, I'll do anything for him. We go back way long together and i understand his predicament, though its funny and fun at the same time torturing CL4.

CL4: Why are you asking for my number? Are you going to call me? Hello? Are you there?

Me: Hey dude, wrong info lah. Yeah, she's seeing someone and that news bout her being

single, is lame. Anyway, gtg. catch up with you later.

Some possessive chick my friend has, but ironically i know he'll get himself out of this mess. He loves his gf too much that he'll probably ask for forgiveness and explain himself out to her.

Ladies, you need to trust your men. Relationship works 2 ways and if the road of trust is being tarnished, the recovery process will take longer to heal and in the meantime, the gaps and cracks will be bigger.

I know its hard to refrain ourself from NOT reading our partners text/email/fb message/ym/myspace msg/tweets and the list goes on. If you wish to read your partners stuff, then you have to let you partner read yours as well. Fair and square baby!!!
