Expensive lesson!!!

Ouuch!!! Dumbfounded!!! Depressed!!! Stressed out!!!...Those were the reactions when my chubby and serious face mechanic told me, your total car bill is "RM1140!!!". In other words, I was lost of words and the first person that I called was Mr.Rockstar and he was surprised as well. Why? How? Where?....Those were the questions raised by my dearest and while explaining to him, my brain was calculating the damages and the moving forward days that I have to survive after the major deductions from my ever reliable Maybank account. I swear, I could hear "ka-ching, ka-ching" in my head and my face that was properly covered with my brown foundation has now turned pale white.

What went wrong? Or what did I do that has caused me a lot? Partly it was my fault mainly on negligence towards the healthy and safety of the car. I remembered that I did went for a service few months back until my mechanic came out with his report card on my car..."Amoi, you ahhh, last service aaahh, tahun lepas bulan 12". Fudge!!! It was that long??? Suddenly I could hear all the laughs coming from the other mechanic and kept on saying "tulah, tau isi minyak and jalan saja". I cant fight that statement, nor I want to fight with them. I had to play along and just sat there like a helpless damsel in distress and here comes a bunch of not so sexy looking mechanic (like we always see in MTV) servicing my car.

Disc break, break pads, absorber railing, skimming the disc pad, engine oil, auto transmission fluid, brake oil, light bulb, door handle, and another thing i dah lupa....that was the whole works for my car today. Now my car is back to its healthy condition and all I need to do is send the baby for a car wash :D.

Though I was pissed off when the mechanics took more than 2 hours to assemble the car door handle. The smallest item, but they took sooooooooooOOOooooo long!!!! I was hungry, stuffy, stressed and was this close to shout at all of them..Thankfully Mr. Rockstar kept me sane with him checking and calling me all the time. Thank you sayang!!!!

So that's d story with my car today....a very expensive lesson...
